Growing up in a town nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by the Himalayan mountain range, I was drawn to the natural beauty of the landscape and its emotional pull. Nothing can come close to the satisfaction of transforming an idea and unleashing one's creativity. 

 

To this day, my art carries my fascination with vibrant colours and the beauty around me that mesmerize me to pick up the brush to tell my story on canvas. I like to experience using other mediums just to create a compound effect.

 

I consider myself an eclectic artist - selecting elements from various sources to bring life on to a blank canvas. What I like most about my work is the journey that leads me from point A to B. 

 

I was recently featured on Womanscape. My artwork has been displayed in the past at a few exhibitions. I was featured as an emerging artist of Peel (a suburb of Metropolitan Toronto). My artwork has also been featured at the Whitney Gallery. 

 

I am currently working on a project for my next exhibit.
